How You'll Make an Impact
As a Revenue Analyst, you will support the monthly billing, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes for a portfolio of Epsilon clients. You will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with established policies and SOX controls, and timely resolution of billing and revenue-related inquiries. In this role, you will leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, drive solutions, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring With You
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, revenue recognition, or financial operations.
  • Experience with revenue recognition, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do
  • Process billing transactions and customer invoices accurately and timely.
  • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and analysis.
  • Determine and apply appropriate revenue recognition treatment and related accruals/deferrals.
  • Maintain and execute SOX controls and compliance procedures.
  • Process monthly reports and recurring data feeds.
  • Respond to and resolve billing, revenue, and reporting inquiries from clients and internal business partners.
  • Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Support audits, special projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Compensation Range: USD $45,600.00 - USD $84,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
