Equipped is a property management software platform that helps property owners and managers collect rent, onboard tenants, manage maintenance requests, coordinate vendors, and streamline property operations.


What We’re Looking For


We are seeking an experienced Revenue Strategy & Monetization Consultant to help optimize our pricing, fees, onboarding costs, referral programs, and overall revenue model. The goal is to maximize profitability while keeping Equipped highly competitive within the property management software industry.


Responsibilities


  • Review current pricing and revenue streams.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Recommend pricing for subscriptions, onboarding, tenant services, vendor services, and premium features.
  • Develop referral and customer acquisition programs.
  • Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to improve market positioning.
  • Create a scalable, long-term monetization strategy.
