IRALOGIX is a modern financial technology company transforming the $17 trillion IRA market with cloud-based, fully digital IRA solutions for America’s financial institutions. By modernizing how IRA accounts are managed and delivered, we expand access to retirement saving while helping our client-partners grow and compete. At IRALOGIX, we’re proud that our employees are part of a collaborative, fast-growing organization where ideas are valued and ownership is encouraged. We invest in sophisticated, next-gen technology, clear processes, and strong partnerships so our teams can do their best work and see the real-world impact of what they create. And we’re committed to building a workplace that supports learning, innovation, and long-term career development, allowing employees to grow alongside the company.

Role

As the Product Director for Wealth & Retirement, you will serve as a leader within the product organization, reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and translating the CPO’s product vision into executable strategy and hands‑on, day‑to‑day product execution. This role owns the product roadmap and delivery cadence, defines product success metrics, and ensures the IRALOGIX retirement & wealth products & services continue to lead the retirement services market. The ideal candidate brings deep retirement expertise and a genuine curiosity for what’s next: a builder’s instinct to identify opportunities before the market demands them, and the industry credibility to rally engineering, stakeholders, and executive leadership around a compelling vision. This role is the connective tissue between bold product strategy and real-world market outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Translate the product vision into a structured, executable product strategy and roadmap with clear milestones, priorities, and resource requirements
  • Own the product planning process, including quarterly and annual roadmap planning, capacity allocation, and cross-team dependency management
  • Define product OKRs and success metrics; track and report on product performance, adoption, and business impact
  • Make prioritization decisions that balance partner requests, market opportunities, technical investments, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct strategic market analysis, competitive intelligence, and partner research to identify white-space opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and define a differentiated long-term product direction
  • Translate macro fintech and wealthtech trends into specific product hypotheses; build internal awareness across product, engineering, and sales of where the retirement technology market is heading
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and calculated risk-taking within the product team—creating space for rapid experimentation, honest post-mortems, and learning that compounds over time
  • Establish and champion product management processes, standards, and best practices across the product organization
  • Mentor and upgrade level Product Managers on product craft, stakeholder management, and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Ensure consistent product management practices, including requirements documentation, backlog management, and release planning
  • Drive product velocity and delivery quality through process improvement and cross‑functional alignment
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with the CTO and Engineering leadership to ensure seamless product-engineering collaboration, sprint planning, and technical feasibility assessment
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Client Success to align product capabilities with partner acquisition and retention goals
  • Work with Marketing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new features and capabilities
  • Partner with Compliance and Trust teams to ensure regulatory requirements (IRS, SECURE Act 2.0, SOC 2) are embedded in product development
  • Serve as a senior product representative to strategic financial institution partners, conducting product roadmap reviews and gathering executive-level feedback
  • Lead product advisory councils and partner feedback programs to inform roadmap priorities
  • Monitor the retirement services technology landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends (AI, automation, regulatory changes) to inform product strategy
  • Represent IRALOGIX at industry conferences, partner events, and thought leadership opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience

The essential skills and experience for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services product leadership
  • Track record of managing and developing a team of Product Managers and Product Designers
  • Deep, hands‑on experience within retirement services, IRA products, custodial operations, and wealth management — ideally including a track record of modernizing or reimagining legacy workflows in this space
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven product development (DOL, IRS, SEC, FINRA)
  • Demonstrated track record shipping AI-powered features—such as intelligent automation, predictive analytics, personalization, or conversational interfaces—in a regulated financial services environment
  • Experience working alongside a CTO-led engineering organization with clear product/engineering boundaries
Requirements
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role managing a team of PMs
  • Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy that drives measurable business outcomes
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture and feasibility
  • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with near‑term execution
  • Experience presenting product strategy and roadmap to executive leadership, board members, and external partners
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring product KPIs and OKRs
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act on emerging technology trends—including AI, automation, and open finance—and translate them into product capabilities before they become market requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred

IRALOGIX is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that embraces diversity, represents a variety of backgrounds, and upholds inclusiveness. M/F/V/D
