About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented Sales Analyst to support our Target sales team. This role serves as a critical partner to the sales team by providing business insights, operational support, financial tracking, and executional excellence that drive growth, profitability, and strong retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly POS reporting.
  • Prepare monthly Joint Business Plan (JBP) reporting and Target scorecards.
  • Analyze business performance by category, class, and subclass.
  • Track promotional events, markdowns, DWA activity, and out-of-aisle performance.
  • Maintain item grids with current pricing, dimensions, case packs, and product attributes.
  • Manage new item trackers, distribution reporting, and out-of-aisle tracking.
  • Track vendor income programs, contract compliance, and monthly actuals.
  • Investigate audits and chargebacks and coordinate supporting documentation.
  • Lead coordination of Target sample requests and delivery timelines.
  • Support sales leadership with reporting, analysis, and customer meeting preparation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales analysis, retail support, category management, or business analytics experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Target, Walmart, or major retail accounts preferred.
