We are part of the Wonderfield Group which includes the YO!, Taiko and Bento brands – we operate more than 1500 kiosks, 60 wholly owned restaurants, our grab and go sushi is available in over 3,700 locations and we have 50 major retail partners.

Our key markets are the USA, Canada, and the UK with additional geographic presence in Europe and Australia. Our brands are:

  • SNOWFOX - the franchisor of over 1,000 full-service sushi kiosks in 25 states throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska
  • Bento - founded in 1996 in Canada and provides quality grab & go sushi and hot Asian food in over 900 locations, including supermarkets
  • YO! - the first to bring the ‘kaiten’ conveyor belt to the UK in 1997. Today, YO! is the UK's #1 Sushi brand with over 50 restaurants, over 170 sushi kiosks and a popular YO! To Go range

Overview of the Role:


As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational and business aspects of multiple sushi outlets within a designated geographic region. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited operational management, franchise communication and relationship management, team leadership and development, customer experience enhancement, strategic planning and growth initiatives, and compliance and quality assurance. You will be responsible for ensuring that each outlet operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to company standards and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining profitability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Cultivating a loyal account base by providing approved products and services, contributing to lasting relationships.
  • Evaluating the operational aspects of various concepts across all accounts. Engaging franchisees and field management in discussions about procedures, strategies, and operations.
  • Effectively communicating and coordinating with different departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Focusing on boosting sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with your director and keep close communication to understand operations.
  • Following up on training to ensure the application of learned techniques and adherence to food safety guidelines.
  • Overseeing scheduling and inventory management for operational efficiency.
  • Strategizing and establishing regional objectives.
  • Managing and resolving critical operational issues, even beyond regular hours.
  • Periodically conducting assessments of operations as needed, including weekends and holidays.
  • Representing SNOWFOX with professionalism by always maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Completing any other associated tasks as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Food/Retail/Franchise experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Ability and flexibility to travel as required.
  • Travel Required 100%
  • Have and show outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and can interact with franchisees.
  • Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, Weights and Measures regulations including COOL, and achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit/Servsafe
