Job Summary
The Retail Maintenance Coordinator supports day-to-day maintenance operations for retail locations by managing service tickets, coordinating with store teams, and assisting with vendor scheduling and documentation. This role focuses on ensuring maintenance issues are addressed efficiently, within established service level agreements (SLAs), and in alignment with budget guidelines.
This is an entry-level to early-career role ideal for candidates with strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage maintenance tickets from creation through resolution
  • Communicate with retail store teams remotely to verify maintenance needs and gather required details
  • Coordinate with approved vendors to schedule service calls and confirm scope of work
  • Ensure vendors understand work expectations, verification requirements, and SLA timelines
  • Track service completion and assist with basic cost controls to remain within budget guidelines
  • Maintain vendor documentation, including invoices and W-9 forms
