Main purpose of the Retail Events Lead role:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of REVOLVE, FWRD and REVOLVE Beauty retail events and in-store activations that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class experiences across retail locations while ensuring seamless event operations from planning through execution.



Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in planning and executing retail events, store activations, grand openings, and community events across REVOLVE retail locations.
  • Manage event timelines, vendor communication, logistics, staffing, and production needs to ensure flawless execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Social, PR, and external partners.
  • Source vendors, obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and assist with event budgets and expense tracking.
  • Support onsite event execution, including setup, talent/influencer hospitality, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Track event recaps, performance metrics, customer feedback, and inventory of event assets and supplies.


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or event production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing event logistics, vendor coordination, and project timelines and working within budget
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for events as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting retail, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand events.
  • Experience working with influencer, VIP, or customer-facing events.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and creating elevated customer experiences.

A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $75k to $85k
