You will work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.
Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. - Physical Manufacturing Network Analysis & Optimization;
- Pre/Post M&A Activities;
- New Product Introduction / Launch Management; and,
- Contract Manufacturing, Tolling, CDMO Management.Demonstrates proven experience or a desire to deliver advisory services in the following capability areas:
- Operations Excellence;
- Maintenance & Reliability Management;

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
