  • Has professional experience as a Stone Setter or in a similar fine jewelry manufacturing or repair role.

  • Is proficient in multiple stone-setting techniques.

  • Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing flawless work.

  • Works carefully with high-value gemstones and precious metals.

  • Has excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Enjoys working independently while collaborating with a skilled production team.

Jewelry manufacturing, repair, bench jeweler, or gemology training is a plus.

For more than 65 years, Riddle's Jewelry has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and treating employees like family. When you join our team, you'll become part of a company that values skill, integrity, and continuous improvement.

We offer:

  • Stable, full-time employment

  • Modern tools and equipment
