Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Known for our modern design and sustainability-minded approach, we’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.

We’re looking for a Diamond Jewelry Sales Specialist to join our team on-site. You’ll work closely with clients during one of the biggest moments of their lives—guiding diamond selection, translating inspiration into design, and creating a seamless, confidence-building experience from first hello to final sparkle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.

  • Guide clients through the process of choosing a stone and finalizing the ring purchase.

  • Confidently provide feedback on the diamonds clients select from our website.

  • Confidently provide real-time diamond recommendations while chatting over the phone or on the website.

  • Advise clients on the four c's

  • Advise clients on the differences between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and Moissanite

  • Advise clients on all aspects of ring selection, from prong thickness to band thickness, setting style, and wedding band selection

  • Empower clients to feel confident in their once-in-a-lifetime purchase

  • Meet sales goals and close sales efficiently

  • Show diamonds over video chat and in person, and articulate the differences between different options

  • Work with the house gemologist to source, select, and present diamonds

  • Maintain and nurture client relationships as the main point of contact for all sales

Requirements and Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends

  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of empathy and professionalism

  • Ability to work proactively and think creatively to solve problems as they arise.

  • Organized and comfortable multitasking and juggling many client requests at once

  • 2+ years of sales experience in jewelry or bridal

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills

  • GIA Degree a plus, but not required

  • Jewelry fabrication or design experience is a plus, but not required

  • Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus, but not required

Job Details:
  • Full-time on-site role located in Boston

  • Office hours are 10AM to 6PM

  • Available schedules: Thursday - Monday

  • Salary: Starts at 60K + quota-based bonus structure
