The Director leads a high-performing team to deliver consistent, compliant, and patient-centered pharmacy services, ensuring high reliability across all locations. The position is fully accountable for operational execution, performance management, business results, and advancement of Riverside's strategic goals. **What you will do** * Strategic Planning & Service Line Growth: Develop, lead, and execute the system’s strategic plan for retail and specialty pharmacy including growth initiatives, new business lines, payer and manufacturer partnerships, digital engagement strategies, and clinical program expansion to improve patient access, outcomes, and enterprise value* Operational Leadership & High Reliability Performance: Provide strategic and operational leadership across all retail and specialty pharmacy sites, ensuring high-reliability operations, excellent patient experience, efficient workflows, and consistent execution of system policies and procedures.
