Summary:

ValidaTek is seeking a Quality Analyst (Journeyman) to support the CRICKET program providing mission-critical support to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The successful candidate will execute quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities across program deliverables, ensuring compliance with established Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), contractual requirements, and organizational standards.

The Quality Analyst will perform document reviews, conduct inspections, support audits, track corrective actions, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives supporting ODNI CIO programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute quality assurance and quality control activities across program deliverables.
  • Monitor compliance with established quality management processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and reviews of contractor deliverables against approved acceptance criteria.
  • Identify quality deficiencies and support root cause analysis activities.
  • Document findings and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Support internal and external audit activities and maintain audit documentation.
  • Track corrective action plans and verify timely closure of identified issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with program teams to improve quality processes and deliverable standards.
  • Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience supporting quality assurance and quality control activities on government or IT programs.
  • Experience conducting quality reviews, inspections, and compliance assessments.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes.
  • Experience supporting program audits and compliance evaluations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, CMMI, or other quality management frameworks.
  • Experience facilitating audits and quality reviews.
  • Experience supporting large-scale IT modernization programs.
Certifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
  • CMMI Individual Certification (preferred)
Salary Disclosure:

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
