What youll do
  • Drive Territory Revenue & Growth: Own and deliveragainst sales targets by executing a strategic territory plan, opening newsalon and stylist accounts, and increasing account productivity and reorderrates.
  • Build High-Value Relationships: Establish trustedpartnerships with salon owners and stylists through regular in-salon visits,acting as a business advisor to grow their service and retail revenue.
  • Product Knowledge Education: Participate in producteducation, demonstrations, and retail coaching, while developing key stylistsinto brand advocates and ambassadors.
