Job description

The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment by overseeing security personnel and operations. This role involves assisting with scheduling, training, and supervising security staff, as well as responding to incidents and emergencies. They conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and enforce security policies and procedures.ย 

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee the safety and security of the facility, ensuring the well-being of staff, tenants, and guests.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of all security personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by monitoring security officers' activities.
  • Collaborate with the Security Manager and Regional Manager to recruit, train, and develop security personnel.
  • Manage scheduling effectively to ensure adequate security coverage that meets the needs of the facility.
  • Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
