In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
  • The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
  • A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
  • SAP experience, with strong experience in SAP Supply Chain and Logistics modules.
  • Hands‑on experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
  • Experience in multiple full-cycle SAP TM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM processes including:
    o Transportation planning
    o Freight order management
    o Freight unit building
    o Carrier selection
    o Tendering
    o Freight cost calculation
    o Charge management
    o Freight settlement
    o Transportation execution and monitoring
  • Experience with embedded SAP TM in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of order‑based transportation and delivery‑based transportation scenarios.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehouse, and supply chain execution processes.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive solution delivery independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations or global rollout programs.
  • Experience with SAP Business Network for Logistics / Logistics Business Network.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP GTS, SAP Yard Logistics, or SAP Event Management.
  • Experience in transportation optimization and advanced planning scenarios.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and OData services.
  • Experience working in global delivery models with onsite/offshore teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, retail, logistics, consumer goods, or life sciences.

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
