Position: Oracle Retail Sales Audit Functional Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle Retail Sales Audit Functional Consultant with experience in Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA). The consultant will be responsible for implementation, support, configuration, and functional testing of Oracle Retail Sales Audit modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) implementation and support
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Retail Sales Audit system
  • Perform sales audit processes like data validation, reconciliation, and error resolution
  • Work with POS data, transactions, sales, returns, and payments data
  • Support month-end and year-end retail audit processes
  • Coordinate with business users and technical teams
  • Prepare functional documents and test cases
  • Support UAT and production issues

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
  • Strong understanding of Retail business processes
  • Knowledge of POS transactions, sales, returns, invoices, payments
  • Experience in functional documentation and testing
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Oracle Retail modules (RMS, ReIM, RPM)
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Production support experience
