Position Title:ATM Product Representative

Business Unit:Retail

Reports to:ATM Product Manager

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the ATM Product Manager with fleet management, researching billable calls, helping with invoicing, and helps with vendor oversight. The incumbent will provide the highest quality of service to vendors/customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist ATM Product Manager with keeping the ATM fleet available within established Company guidelines. Initiates service calls to the appropriate vendor and monitors thoroughly until completion.

Verify the Cash Vendor's activities to ensure timely and compliant replenishment of all ATMs in accordance with Company Policy.

Addresses ATM concerns by engaging in discussions with the branch or initiating a service call with the appropriate ATM vendor.

Coordinates with ATM technicians, either from the ATM vendor or cash vendor, on daily ATM conditions to optimize availability across the entire ATM fleet.

Checks and verifies cash availability in the ATMs on a daily basis to prevent service lapses due to an out of cash condition.

Conducts a monthly review of billable calls with all pertinent vendors to ensure the accuracy of billable charges.

Conducts a weekly review of all ATA data, ensuring prompt mitigation of any out-of-compliance conditions.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
