ATM & Self Service Banking holds full P&L accountability for a network of ATMs and cash recyclers, instant card issuance, and cash management operations supporting PNC branches nationwide.
This role leads a product strategy team responsible for the roadmap, vendor and lifecycle strategy, and customer and branch experience across the connected self-service disciplines: ATM fleet, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCR), and Instant Card Issuance.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Responsible for strategic planning and execution of a function within ATM Banking.
  • Execute PNC's ATM strategies at an advanced level, in overall support of ATM Distribution Management, the ATM Banking Service Control Center, or ATM Banking & Branch Automation Planning and Distribution.
  • Performs complex, specialized and multi-phased initiatives related to ATM Bankings business objectives. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable governing laws and rules.
  • Develops strategic relationships with key managers, major service partners, or vendors to expand our ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Manages staff with regards to hiring, discipline, and performance evaluation.
