Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Manager, Advanced Analytics supports the Store Delivery Design team.
Using data-driven insights and qualitative inputs, and balancing cost, service and compliance goals, this fast-paced role partners with multiple teams to help Supply Chain maintain and improve its Store Delivery model for Grocery and Ambient commodities.
This role will act as a vital support function when issues arise with Store Delivery configuration and will also lead important communications to various partners. You will also provide support for important events and major projects.
Your analysis, insights and knowledge will guide decision making that directly impacts our stores and customers, every day.
About the team:
The Omni Flow Planning - Store Delivery Design team serves as a critical link between Distribution Centers, Transportation Operations, and stores.
This team designs and implements delivery schedules across various store formats, DC types, and commodity combinations. They provide expert support to resolve delivery configuration issues, balancing service quality, financial considerations, and compliance requirements.
The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to optimize delivery operations, ensuring efficient and effective support for all stores and facilities. Their work drives continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall business performance.
What you'll do:
  • Become a subject matter expert in Store Delivery Design, by developing a deep understanding of our DCs, Transportation models, commodities, store attributes and store operating models
  • Provide input on these items when Store Delivery models are being reviewed or created
  • Support planning and execution of important events which impact Store Delivery design such as Holidays, new Store openings, and major realignments
  • Provide clear and concise communication to various stakeholders around changes and their impacts
  • Own execution of important tasks in various projects, with multiple projects ongoing at a time
  • Foster strong partnerships across functions to support business goals and continuous improvement efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
