Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with data SMEs, developers, and data scientists to define, refine, and validate data requirements.
  • Work closely with the Lead Data Systems Engineer to support procurement, onboarding, and integration of internal and external data sources.
  • Document data requirements, data flows, data dependencies, and lineage for data products and integrations.
  • Coordinate and manage data sourcing activities, including discovery, access requests, and data sharing agreements as required.
  • Ensure data assets and integrations comply with enterprise data governance, security, and privacy policies.
  • Drive rapid onboarding of enterprise data into analytics platforms by building strong relationships with data owners, defining data contracts, and accelerating proof‑of‑concept use cases across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a data‑oriented role (data analyst, data integration, data operations, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into data requirements.
  • Operates with minimal direction and follows through despite resistance or ambiguity.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast with imperfect information.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry or equivalent).
