  • Access and analyze data to develop solutions using advanced analytics tools and ad-hoc data models
  • Apply a structured problem-solving mindset to Value Sprints
  • Consider enterprise-wide impact and sensitivity of sprint recommendations
  • Communicate analysis insights and implications of recommendations
  • Apply and integrate analytical tools developed by the Yield Management Advanced Analytics modeling team
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and business customers
  • Establish sprint mandates and problem statements with key stakeholders
  • Lead analysis and develop insights and implications of decisions
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years using modeling methodologies including economics, econometrics, statistics, and data mining
  • Ability to explain analytical results to non-technical audiences
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years using Python and database languages such as SQL
  • Visa sponsorship is available
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • MBA or PhD in Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and programming/statistical software using large datasets is preferred
  • Knowledge of Marketing & Sales and related commercial or supply-chain areas is advantageous
  • Executive communication experience is advantageous
