We are seeking enthusiastic resurfacing technicians to join our team!
As one of our resurfacing technicians, you will be responsible for performing a full range of resurfacing and refinishing services for our customers including bathtubs, countertops, and cabinets.

What You'll Do:
  • Refinish a variety of surfaces including bathtubs, countertops, and cabinets
  • Prepare all surfaces with keen attention to detail
  • Uphold and comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
  • Foster and build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
  • Document all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
  • Communicate professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
  • Maintain company equipment and company vehicle with care

What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in refinishing, preferably within the multi-family industry
  • A passion for resurfacing!
  • Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
  • A thorough understanding of all aspects of resurfacing with proficiency in refinishing countertops and bathtubs autonomously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new resurfacing techniques and technologies
  • Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
  • Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Availability to work all day Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend
  • Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
  • Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces. This also includes the ability to pass pulmonary function, respirator medical clearance, and respirator fit exams annually.
  • At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
  • Capability to pass background check and drug screening
