A leading law firm is seeking a Business Restructuring & Reorganization Staff Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in supporting sophisticated bankruptcy, restructuring, distressed M&A, and Chapter 11 matters as part of a nationally recognized restructuring practice.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 4โ€“6 years of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, or distressed transactions experience
โ€ข Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions
โ€ข Experience representing debtors, official committees, lenders, or other stakeholders preferred
โ€ข Experience with bankruptcy court filings, disclosures, and related procedural matters
โ€ข Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and project management skills
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Excellent academic credentials
โ€ข J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
