Esthetician Job Description

As an Esthetician at Restore, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences through a variety of advanced skincare treatments and wellness services. Your focus will be on providing high-quality care, educating clients, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform consultations and administer esthetic treatments including Neveskin (formerly Cryoskin), Hydrafacial, Oxygen Facials, and other facial services.

  • Provide peels and advanced facial treatments in accordance with Restore's protocols and standards.

  • Build and maintain a strong, loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client session.

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Ensure treatment rooms and esthetic equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times.

  • Promote and sell Restore’s esthetic services to new and existing clients.

  • Cross-sell additional Restore wellness modalities that complement esthetic services to enhance overall client outcomes.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for esthetic supplies as needed.

  • Educate clients on Restore’s products and services that support their skincare goals and overall wellness journey.

  • Support daily store operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, giving tours, processing sales using the POS system, operating wellness equipment, and light cleaning duties.

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Esthetician 

  • You’re a licensed esthetician.
  • You’re experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin (Formerly known as Cryoskin) equipment - this is preferred, but not required. 
  • You’re experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required.
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are on point. 
  • You value ethics and integrity. 
  • You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
