Restoration Technician

All Dry Services is here to help. Since 2014, weโ€™ve been serving customers with high quality water, mold, smoke, fire restoration and cleanup services to ensure properties get back to their pre-loss condition. We are expanding our team and looking for water/mold restoration technicians who enjoy helping customers through these difficult and stressful events. Job Position Description:

Water Restoration Technicians respond to customer emergencies 24/7. Primary responsibilities include:

ยท Lead water techs are responsible for the job from start to finish. Which will include meeting with the customer, communicating the process, estimating the scope of work, following up to obtain signed authorization, and executing the work while delivering relentless customer service

ยท Water Restoration Technicians respond 24/7

ยท Document the job progress in our cloud-based tool with pictures, logs, e-mails, etc.

ยท Work with adjusters and follow insurance program guidelines/regulations.

ยท Be approachable and professional

Qualifications:

We are looking for experienced technicians with 1-3 years of experience in water damage dry-out as well as individuals new to the industry.

ยท We are a growing team and looking for other valued team players.

ยท Willingness to continually learn and strive to improve

ยท Common math skills for estimation (perimeter, area, square feet and cubic feet)

ยท What we do is physical, you must be able to work with your hands, lift at least 75 lbs. and be able to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time

ยท Light construction/demolition experience preferred but not required

ยท Demonstrates the ability to work safely and holds other team members accountable to do the same

ยท Clear communicator, you will be interacting with customers, adjusters, and co-workers
