Are you a hospitality enthusiast with a flair for the food and beverage industry? We're on the hunt for a fun and energetic Shift Lead to join our awesome Food & Beverage crew!

Your mission? Step in to assist in overseeing the DISH Restaurant, and Room Service operations, and elevate our food & beverage experiences to new heights.


Your Primary Accountabilities Include:
  • Lead floor operations for DISH, providing hands-on support with serving, food running, and guest service while ensuring smooth shift execution and team coordination.
  • Step in to support room service when necessary.
  • Serve as the alternate mentor to assess new trainees through floor shadowing and skills evaluations.
  • Address escalated service recovery situations promptly during shifts.
  • Support the team in maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong hands-on approach and willingness to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team.
  • Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with the public.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Flexibility to primarily work evening shifts, including weekends, while being adaptable to daytime shifts as needed.
  • You have a Serve It Right Certificate or are willing to obtain it.
