Our servers are more than order takers. We're looking for people who can connect with guests, confidently guide them through our food and beverage menus, anticipate needs, and keep their section running smoothly during high-volume service.

If you have restaurant experience, enjoy taking care of people, and want to work somewhere that keeps things creative and exciting, we'd like to meet you.

About Hudson's

Hudson's Restaurant & Catering is a family-owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Hudson, Ohio, led by brothers JJ and Kevin Altomare, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America.

  • Manage multiple tables and priorities during high-volume shifts
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and other servers
  • Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas

  • Support fellow team members to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For

Previous serving experience is strongly preferred. We're especially interested in servers who understand that excellent hospitality is a combination of personality, knowledge, timing, and attention to detail.

Our strongest candidates bring:

  • 1+ year of restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Confidence handling a busy section
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge or an eagerness to learn
  • An outgoing, professional personality
  • Excellent communication and guest-service skills
  • The ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A dependable, team-first attitude
  • The ability to suggestively sell and make thoughtful recommendations
