About the Job:
This is a fun and fast-paced position that plays an integral role in developing insights that that move and shape our business. The Manager, Operations works cross functionally to analyze data from multiple areas of the business, assesses findings, and reports results with the goal of providing actionable information to both restaurant teams and key stakeholders. By providing deep insights and ongoing reporting, this role ensures restaurant teams nationwide are set up to drive operational improvement and grow sales, transactions and profitability.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in forecasting and emerging technologies, and a curiosity for new ways to generate and apply data insights. A passion for the restaurant industry and the Taco Bell brand is essential. The Day-to-Day:
• Lead a team that partners closely with Field and RSC Operations and cross functional partners to mine for actionable insights across all data platforms and identify and quantify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability in all restaurants
• Partner with Marketing to assist in the management of the Test Market analysis process, determining viability and business impact associated with testing and executing the National Marketing Calendar
• Partner with Restaurant Evolution to quantify efforts to improve restaurant ease, reducing bottlenecks and enable technology that runs the restaurant of the future
• Own measurement and analysis strategy in an agile squad tasked with identifying and innovating to improve pain points in the order make-and-fulfill process
• Design and deliver ongoing and ad-hoc reporting to drive actionable and comprehensive insights covering all operational metrics
• Analyze data across multiple sources to improve the restaurant experience by identifying insights into which restaurants are driving the greatest labor efficiencies today and assessing current capacity across different types of restaurants
• Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback leveraging data to provide actionable insights and innovative solutions that balance operational and business needs
• Confidently present operational learnings and recommendations to Senior Leadership, Franchisees and Above Restaurant field teams with clarity and ease
Is this you?
• BA required. Concentration in finance, analytics, statistics, or economics a plus
• At least 8+ years of experience; analytically oriented business experience, with 2 years in a leadership or management position.
• Skilled in Program Management with multiple projects moving in parallel. Leading initiatives that include the enhancement of customer experience, Labor Management, and other Ops initiatives, with a mindset for intuitive reporting and tools to share across the system at every level.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to recognize trends and storylines within the data
• Able to effectively distill complex and technical analyses into holistic narratives, supported by data visualizations that meet audiences where they are
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teammates and cross functional partners.
• Robust organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently & collaboratively, multi-task, and adapt to change in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed analytical workstreams, various analytical software suites, including advanced Excel skills, and query execution. A solid grasp of statistical analysis, multivariate modeling, and machine learning simulations a plus.

Salary Range: $137,900 to $162,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
