Admin Assistant/Secretary Job Description:
The Restaurant Office Assistant is an essential part of the team assisting in important administrative duties that support the restaurant. Excellent communication, computer proficiency, basic math skills and organization are the keys to success in this role.
What You Will Do:
  • Assist and support in coordination and execution of a variety of administrative duties for the restaurant
  • Provide administrative support for the management team
  • Accurately track and log specific information for corporate reporting
  • Maintain and organize office files, assist General Manager with guest services, reporting and other administrative duties

  • Excellent communicator
  • Basic Computer & Technology knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
