What You'll Do
• Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to uphold the Ruth's Chris brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and inspire team members to provide genuine, guest-focused service.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through effective cost and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and culinary leadership to execute flawless dining experiences and special events.
