Kitchen Manager $40,000- $50,000 Plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to guests, ensuring professionalism from team
  • Hire, train, schedule, and lead all kitchen staff
  • Maintain high food quality and preparation standards for all menu items
  • Manage food inventory, place orders, and monitor stock rotation
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including food temperatures and sanitation
