We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager/Cook for our new Italian restaurant located in Downtown Lowell. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Italian cooking along with solid kitchen management experience to help us deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Prepare and oversee Italian cuisine with attention to authenticity and presentation
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage inventory to control costs and prevent shortages
