Description

The Village at Northstar, managed by East West Hospitality, is hiring a Village Swim and Fitness Center Attendant.We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join us in providing top-notch services to our valued owners and guests at the Village Swim and Fitness Center (VSFC). If you arepassionate about creating memorable experiences and ensuring everyone feels welcome and safe, we would love to hear from you!

As a member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere while upholding the VSFC rules and code of conduct. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Duties include:

  • Provide friendly greetings and interactions with all owners and guests upon entry and exit.
  • Ensure adherence to VSFC rules and regulations, holding patrons accountable for non-compliance.
  • Manage towel distribution, collection, inventory, and storage according to NMA instructions.
  • Perform daily minor maintenance tasks including cleaning and inspection of locker rooms, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor areas.
  • Communicate any maintenance concerns to the EWH Maintenance Department promptly.

Location:The Village at Northstar

Start Date: As soon as possible

Employment Status:Full Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate:$24/Hour

Schedule:Full-time role. Hours of operation areMemorial Day through Labor Day, from 9 am to 9 pm, includes weekends and holidays.

  • Must be able to work independently and problem-solve without direct supervision.
  • Recognize and report safety concerns to provide a safe environment.
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations and behavior issues while keeping a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to record and document activities daily.
