Restaurant Maintenance Manager needed for growing Restaurant Group in the Houston and Texas region. The right candidates needs to possess a strong passion for the business, be upbeat, personable, and have a genuine love for hospitality. More importantly the maintenance/vendor relations side of the hospitality industry.


Experience:

  • 3 years minimum Restaurant Facilities Manager or Director
  • Proven record of addressing issues in real time
  • Basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and equipment knowledge
  • Preventative equipment maintenance
  • Heating and AC, exhaust systems, and more
  • Vendor relations
  • Experience meeting with architects, reading blue prints, new opening, etc..
