The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader, spearheading the execution of complex commercial and industrial electrical projects. This role offers the unique chance to join a family-oriented company where your individual expertise is recognized and you are treated as a person, not a number.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct daily field operations to ensure all electrical installations meet strict project specifications.

  • Coordinate crew assignments and material logistics to maintain peak productivity and hit project milestones.

  • Communicate project updates and field reports clearly to management to ensure operational transparency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with lighting, lighting controls, fixtures, branch wiring, and day-to-day commercial electrical installations inside occupied or new commercial spaces.

  • Ability to read blueprints, coordinate field activities, and manage installation quality and production timelines.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and jobsite expectations professionally.

  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

  • Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing active field work throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with foreman or lead-level responsibilities.

  • Experience managing office, retail, restaurant, or tenant improvement electrical projects preferred.

  • OSHA certification preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience coordinating commercial finish work, lighting systems, and interior buildout schedules preferred.
