What you'll be doing
  1. Troubleshoot restaurant and kitchen equipment
  2. Provide building repairs
  3. Perform small electrical repairs, plumbing, and preventative equipment tasks
  4. Work closely with managers in multiple facilities on equipment repairs to keep each site up to health and safety codes
  5. Preform preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment and HVAC/refrigeration equipment
  6. Plan and schedule all repair work for external contractors
  7. Follow lock out/tag out procedures when working on equipment
  8. Maintain records of all equipment and repairs

Skills you'll bring along
  1. Knowledgeable of electrical systems and common mechanical skills preferred
