Sr. Electrical Engineer

Fort Myers, FL

Direct Hire/ Permanent Placement

THE CLIENT

This particular client is a mid-sized (+/- 800 ppl, 20+ offices) firm who work on a large variety of projects: healthcare/ hospitals, education, hi-rise, hospitality, restaurant, retail, sports, etc.


OVERVIEW

The ideal Candidate will be a leader in the department; supervise and mentor staff’s day-to-day role/ responsibilities. You will lead the projects - interface with clients and manage the project team. You could also be tasked with some design production.


ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm in accordance to NEC codes and standards

• Electrical equipment calcs, selection, and layout of switchgear, transformers, electrical panels and emergency generators

• Large scale and Complex building projects

• Project Management

• Site visits, Site Surveys, respond to RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings

• Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, COMCheck, AGI 32

• Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent

• EIT, PE, LEED Preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience
