Job description

District Manager of QSR Operations


Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. Looking for a seasoned leader with ample GM training experience and/or multi unit restaurant management experience.


District Manager Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary up to 90 base.
  • Strong benefits package with health, dental, vision, STD and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle
  • Strong performance-based monthly bonus program
  • No crazy late-night hours.
  • 15 days PTO and 401(k) with a strong match


District Manager Requirements:

  • A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
  • A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
  • Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
  • Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
  • Must be able to taste and handle all menu items.


This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.

This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p and will require availability to include Fri/Sat/Sun and holidays.
