Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quick Serve Restaurant District Manager to oversee operations across multiple quick-service restaurant locations in New Orleans. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and improving the operational standards of restaurants while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily business operations of multiple quick-service restaurant locations.
2. Implement strategies to improve customer service and foster a positive experience.
3. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
4. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of management staff and oversee their daily activities.
5. Set and achieve performance targets for sales, efficiency, and quality.
6. Ensure standard operating procedures and safety regulations are adhered to.
7. Prepare and present reports on overall performance and initiatives to senior management.
8. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and other business partners.
10. Stay informed about current trends in the quick-service restaurant industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a District Manager in the quick-service restaurant industry, supervisory experience of 5 years or more required.
- No more than 2 employers in the last 5 years or 3 in the last 9 years.
- Steady crareer growth.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of business financials including labor cost control and food cost control.
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team.
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
