Our GENERAL MANAGERS are the premier unit-level leadership position within our organization that provides direct support to unit leaders and regional management in the effort to maintain efficient restaurant operations and provide our guests with a premium experience. General Managers will participate in direct oversight of all restaurant functions and maintain a primary role in developing a strong hospitality organization. They are also expected to cultivate healthy financials through strong business fundamentals. The ideal candidate is a balanced and professional individual that is business oriented, guest driven, supports their people and delivers results.
