This includes researching healthcare markets, initiating outbound conversations, and engaging key decision-makers to understand staffing challenges and coverage needs.

This is a strategic, business development-focused role for an experienced locum tenens sales professional with a hunter mindset who thrives in a quota-driven environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders, takes a creative and innovative approach to business development, and is motivated by actively building and expanding a territory.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop a defined sales territory, with responsibility for driving new revenue, increasing utilization, and expanding business across healthcare facilities.
  • Proactively hunt for new opportunities by identifying additional facilities, departments, service lines, and decision-makers through targeted outreach and account planning.
  • Take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to understand clients' staffing challenges and deliver customized locum tenens solutions.
  • Operate in a quota- and metrics-driven sales environment, effectively managing pipelines, forecasting activity, and consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Partner closely with Physician Recruiters to align provider supply with client demand and maximize account penetration.
