Job description

About Us

LX Group is a family-owned business thatโ€™s been serving the foodservice and equipment industry for over 30 years. It all started with a young immigrant woman who simply wanted to support her family. She worked tirelesslyโ€”driving semi-trucks while pregnant, taking no days off, and doing every job herselfโ€”to build what has become a trusted, dependable partner for customers across North America.

Unlike many larger corporate businesses, we value interpersonal relationships and believe in developing trust, loyalty, and ownership in all that we do. As the founder is still very much involved today, we are growing under the reins of the second generation - which means we are growing our family.

Weโ€™re seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join the team at our flagship retail locationโ€”Restaurant Equipment Market (REM, www.rematlanta.com) in Doraville, GA. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a dynamic retail environment, and is fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean (strongly preferred).

If youโ€™re organized, people-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that values hard work and integrity, weโ€™d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the retail store with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Deliver a high-touch customer experience and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
  • Manage order intake and processing, including special orders, freight quotes, and custom furniture sales.
  • Learn to read floor plans, support restaurant project planning, and grow into a trusted restaurant consultant.
  • Stay flexible and ready to adapt to new responsibilities as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Comfortable using inventory and point-of-sale systems

Preferred:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean
  • Customer service or retail sales experience, preferably in B2B or foodservice
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary plus uncapped monthly commission
  • Paid time off: 1 week PTO in your first year, with more accrual over time
  • Flexible scheduling: Mondayโ€“Saturday rotation, closed on Sundays
  • On-the-job training to build industry knowledge and retail expertise
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing, values-driven company
