Annual Salary Range

$75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Actual salary offer within the listed range may vary based on work experience and other objective factors. The pay range for this position is subject to change and may be modified in the future, in compliance with applicable laws.

The Restaurant Administrator role is not your typical desk job. It's a hands-on junior leadership position and if you're organized, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love working with people, this could be the perfect fit for you! This role is a great stepping-stone into higher-level and senior leadership positions within JOEY, and a chance to be part of something bigger where you will lead, grow and make an impact.

Duties

  • Manage and support a small but impactful team in our restaurant's office. You'll be the go-to person for partners and managers when it comes to policies, payroll, and administrative processes.
  • Help onboard new partners, facilitate training, and make sure our people have everything they need to succeed.
  • Support the Operations Team & Business. Work closely with the General Manager to implement policies, audit practices, handle partner questions, and manage key operational tasks.
  • Maintain records and databases for various administrative responsibilities (invoices, employee records, inventory).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Address any operational issues and troubleshoot to ensure the smooth flow of daily activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
