Job Description: Freedom Energy Logistics is seeking experienced Senior Energy Advisors. This base salary plus commission position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and focuses on energy consulting services and business energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
Career Path: Sales growth opportunities: Senior Energy Advisor Levels I-III, Team Lead, Program Manager, Sales Manager, and Director of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive commercial energy consulting sales in C/I market (large accounts) including electricity contract management and natural gas procurement.
  • Develop, maintain, and retain satisfied long-term client portfolios while achieving new business acquisition and retention goals.
  • Represent Freedom Energy Logistics professionally across media platforms, community events, and business functions.
  • Identify client goals and objectives, including risk tolerance, strategic energy procurement strategies, and recommend appropriate solutions including renewable energy solutions.
  • Provide energy advisory services including energy portfolio management, energy risk management, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication on KPIs with sales management and update the sales database with client information and contract expiration dates.
  • Execute pricing requests, client enrollment procedures, and internal documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities and collaborate effectively within our high-energy team environment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • An established book of commercial energy business.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel comfort.
  • Previous track record of quota overachievement and pipeline management for strategic sales execution.
  • Solution-selling experience beyond product sales, with strong attention to detail and 100% integrity.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance for client site visits.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
  • Energy consulting services experience and/or renewable energy certifications advantageous.
  • Direct experience in energy procurement sales and account management.
  • Salesforce or comparable CRM experience.
  • Proven energy advisory services track record with established client base.
