RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Sandy Springs, GA.
Duties Include:
* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
* Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
* Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
* Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
* Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
* Defines, plans and implements the goals and milestones associated with all application development or system projects
* Oversees the analysis, design, execution and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, performance appraisals, and budgets
* Formal project management will also entail the usage of a standardized project management methodology to guide all projects in a consistent, organized and reliable manner
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certification PMP, CPM
* 10 plus years of project/program management experience
* Experience managing project activities for complex, high profile projects that cross several business lines
* Ability to solve complex problems and engage with different levels of stakeholders
* Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Track record of meeting deadlines and problem solving in fast paced and high-pressure situations
* Excellent time management and personal organization skills
* Demonstrated team player in a global team, with the ability to act independently but collaboratively in virtual project teams
* Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
