The Program Manager is responsible for working alongside internal stakeholders to drive the overall mission and goals forward.Â
Responsibilities Include:Â
- Complete program plans, regular deliverables, and presentations for the team as a whole.Â
- Work with internal stakeholders on cross-team collaboration and initiatives.Â
- Present comprehensive and forward-thinking ideas to key stakeholders; act as the voice and face of the team when managing communications.Â
- Oversee the management of documentation, to include standard operating procedures, formal workflows, and cross-team guidelines and standards.Â
- Manage a training plan, as well as training documentation and standards. Drive training initiatives on the team and ensure standards are continuously met.Â
- Direct the team in managing the gathering of data on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as well as managing audits of team equipment and products.Â
- Develop and present weekly, monthly, or yearly operations readouts.Â
Required Experience and QualificationsÂ
- Possess either a bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience Corporate Security, ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection with a large focus on management/administration of protective programs. Â
- The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, and/or CPR certificationÂ
- Possess an interest or direct management experience the following: Residential Security, Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security.Â
- Well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies.Â
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.Â
- Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Â
- Possess the ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.Â
- Be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.Â
- Ability to be available outside normal work hours.Â
- Possess a valid and current driver license.Â
- Possess a valid California BSIS issued Guard CardÂ
- Possess or able to possess a valid California BSIS issued Exposed Firearms CardÂ
Desired QualificationsÂ
- Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.Â
- Possess a valid U.S PassportÂ
