Responsibilities
How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lawn & Seasonal Maintenance: Performs routine lawn care including mowing, edging, weeding, and seasonal spring/fall cleanups.
  • Ground Preparation & Planting: Digs trenches, hauls and spreads materials (like topsoil, mulch, and gravel), finishes grades, and installs seed, sod, or plants.
  • Equipment & Material Handling: Safely loads, unloads, and operates landscaping equipment, performs basic maintenance on tools, and assists with material transport and snow removal.
  • Professionalism & Support: Arrives on time, follows supervisor directions, assists facilities staff on projects, and maintains a polite, professional demeanor with customers.
  • Chemical Application: Applies chemical treatments safely under the direct guidance of a licensed applicator.

Qualifications
What minimum requirements you'll need
  • Some High School or Equivalent required.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
