Job description

The CDL A Mulch Driver/Processor is a key team member serving our customers. This year-round position handles the processing and delivery of our mulch products. Equipment training is provided.

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE:

In this position the Mulch Processor/Heavy Equipment Operator utilizes skills and specialized training with our specialized trucks and equipment. Interfacing with a variety of other different positions in the organization, the position provides opportunity for learning and growth in the green industry. This individual will also operate the log truck off-site. Daily support of equipment maintenance and repairs.

SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The ability to run various types of equipment, who enjoys working outdoors
  • CDL A license and Experience
  • Front End Loader/skid steer experience/log loader/semi-truck and trailer.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years driving experience with a clean driving record
  • The responsibility and independence to work autonomously
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
