Job description

HealthPoint Family Care is currently recruiting for a Practice Administrator for our Florence, KY location.

  • Extended Illness Bank- Medical leave compensation- accrues 8 days a year and will cap at 8 weeks.

Job Tasks:
  • Planning, leading and directing day-to-day clinic operations to meet quality and financial objectives
  • Staff supervision, development, performance evaluation, recruitment and monitoring of staff/provider to ensure health center standards
  • Managing patient experience, customer service and complaint resolution to meet key indicators of patient satisfaction
  • Actively engaged in patient flow and execution of workflows, policies, and procedures to meet patient access and quality goals.
  • Results driven data analysis, proactive problem identification and resolution
  • Drives operational innovation and excellence in the health center

  • Bachelors degree in health care administration or business administration or years of experience equivalent
  • 1 Year of Healthcare Management/Supervisory Experience
