About the role:As a Carrier Relations Associate, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of carrier feedback and payment issues. Using internal and external tools, you will validate feedback, create and communicate resolutions and escalate as needed. The role emphasizes issue resolution, carrier satisfaction, process improvement and support for carrier tools, all in line with internal and security protocols.What’s in it for you: Compensation starting at $18.50/hour Advancement opportunities within structured career paths Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more Certified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace award winsWhat you’ll be doing: Receive, document and validate carrier feedback via phone, email and surveys Resolve payment disputes and delays by following established protocols Assist carriers with tracking and Carrier Dashboard access, including basic troubleshooting and security protocols Enter and approve shed locations for the sales floor using standard procedures Support cross-functional teams (Operational Sales, Cargo Security, Claims, SQA, etc.) in activities related to carrier feedback and relationships Review, research, and respond to carrier feedback, ensuring effective communication and resolution when applicable Escalate issues involving potential deviations from TQL policy or procedure Resolve sales floor issues in accordance with TQL policyWhat you need: College degree or enrollment in post-secondary education program preferred At least 1 year of experience in the transportation industry preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with TQL policies and procedures Ability to engage with diverse personalities with professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Capable of managing shifting priorities and working independently Ability to maintain confidentiality* Ability to show a basic understanding of logistics and accounting termsWhere you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
